“GIOLIO”- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
In times past, the Giachi family had always sold a part of their oil sfuso, or on tap, while its best selections were bottled under the brand labels of “Dolciolio”, “Primolio” and “Colle del Giachi”. Since the harvest of 2002, however, we now bottle this oil, which is also dedicated to Giovanni, the founder, under the brand name “Giolio”.
It is a good extra virgin olive oil and economical, to be used for cooking. It is not only the low price that is attractive, but its quality is assured and will exalt cooking flavours with its low acidity. Easy to digest, it has healthful properties. |
