
Extra virgin olive oil
The Giachi family has always sold a part of their olive oil in bulk, selecting the best lots for "Dociolio", "Primolio", and "Colle del Giachi". In 2002 a decision was taken to also bottle this olive oil, dedicating it to Giovanni Giachi as well, hence the name "Giolio". It is a good extra-virgin olive oil at a low price, very suitable for use in the kitchen where it brings out all the flavours of food, but low in acidity and very digestible as well. |
